Start here: what this site is for
Investigations, field notes, and one rule that runs through all of them. A short guide to The Thread Beneath.
This is the written side of The Thread Beneath, a channel about the oldest mysteries of the human mind and the world.
There are two kinds of posts here:
- Investigations are the long YouTube videos, written out in full with every source.
- Field Notes, like this one, are shorter. Something found in an old book, a study that surprised me, a detail that didn’t fit in a video.
One rule runs through all of them: every claim is labeled. Some things are known, some are debated, and some are just speculation. You’ll see a stamp on each important claim, so you always know which is which. How the labels work.
The first investigation comes out on 19 November 2026. If you want it in your inbox, subscribe to the Thursday letter.
